Extension to Porsche Approved Warranty and Posche Assistance

We are delighted to announce that the Porsche Approved Warranty and Porsche Assistance insurance products are now available for cars aged up to 15 years old. Previously only available for vehicles up to the age of 10 years, the Porsche Approved Warranty and Porsche Assistance insurance policies now offer peace of mind for owners of a far wider range of Porsche cars.

To be eligible to purchase either a Porsche Approved Warranty policy or a Porsche Assistance policy, your Porsche:

i)	must be less than 14 years old for a one year policy or less than 13 years old for a two year policy
ii)	have a mileage of less than 125,000 miles
iii)	have undergone a 111-point vehicle condition check (this is chargeable)

About the Porsche Approved Warranty

The Porsche Approved Warranty policy is comparable to the Porsche Manufacturer Guarantee. The insurance policy includes the replacement of all Genuine Porsche Parts should the parts be found to have failed through a manufacturing defect (excluding parts that require replacement through wear and tear) and replacements are free of charge provided the repair is carried out at a Porsche Centre.

A Porsche Approved Warranty provides:

Worldwide cover

component repairs are covered, including parts and labour

There is no excess to pay

There is no mileage limit during the warranty period

Only Genuine Porsche Parts are used

There are a number of exclusions, limitations and conditions of cover. Details of these are contained in the Approved Warranty terms and conditions which can be provided to you on request.

About Porsche Assistance

The Porsche Assistance policy provides 24‌/‌7, 365 days a year roadside assistance within the UK and Europe.

The service includes:

Porsche-trained roadside patrols in the UK carrying Porsche space-saver wheels, able to fit Porsche batteries and other parts to facilitate roadside repairs

Incident management by Porsche-trained advisers to manage your case and treat you on an individual basis

Premium class compact saloon replacement vehicle for up to four days in the UK whilst your Porsche is repaired at a Porsche Centre (subject to availability)

European onward travel and accommodation (if repairs cannot be made at roadside)

Redelivery of your repaired vehicle to your home or temporary address

Replacement driver to drive your car to your destination or the UK (if elsewhere in Europe) if you are ill or injured

Recovery or repair even if you’ve been on a track-day (as long as your vehicle can be reached from a publicly accessible road)

If you’ve been involved in an accident Porsche Assistance will provide you with onward mobility and recover your vehicle to a Porsche Centre Approved Body Repairer
